G Scapes Supports The Diocese of Lichfield

G Scapes have donated over 100 plants, a mix of herbaceous perennials and shrubs to St Mary's House, Cathedral Close, Lichfield.

The ground has been cleared by volunteers Diana and Walter, who will also complete the planting.

Dan Gee said "we wanted to choose interesting colourful plants that attract the wildlife and give year round interest to the area. Hopefully, it will give pleasure to everyone that passes it, entering the Close from Dam Street."

The photo shows a view of some of the plants, they included Viburnum, Euonymous, Cornus and Hebe to give year round structure. Summer interest will be provided by the Coreopsis, Nepeta, Campanula, Verbena, Echinops, Bergenia, Dicentra, Anenome etc
